About Us

Vehicle Assist is a car hire company that provides replacement vehicles to clients whose vehicles have been damaged as a result of non-fault accidents. The company assists hundreds of clients each year and maintains a fleet of vehicles all of which are less than 6 months old.

Credit Hire

We derive income from hiring vehicles to clients and sending the bill for the hire charges to the fault parties insurance company. The scheme is known as credit hire and operates in co-operation with the Uk's leading insurance companies.

Who regulates Vehicle Assist?

Vehicle Assist is regulated by the Ministry of Justice in respect of regulated claims management activities and our registration is recorded on the website at www.claimsregulation.gov.uk (Reg No CRM3056). We do not give legal advice and are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. We refer clients who require legal advice and assistance to Alan Curtis Solicitors Ltd who are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (Reg No 450129)
